Warranty Information

We Guarantee our copper KitchenAid bowls from factory defects under normal use and wear and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse. The SS lined cookware is also warranted for factory defects and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, excluding damage from misuse or abuse.

Cancellations

These may be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us via e-mail or fax (24 hours a day) or by phone (8:30 am to 4:30 pm PST Monday through Friday). Shipping fees and any credit card fees if applicable will be charged back to client.

Return Privileges

If you wish to return your purchase, we will accept the merchandise for a 25% restocking fee, under the following conditions: –

• It is in new condition, free from any use, marks or damage –
• It is returned in the original packaging, unused – French Copper Studio must be contacted for an authorization reference number prior to its return. –
• It is returned at your expense –
• It is returned to our office within 14 days of delivery Used merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return unless covered by our warranty (ie: manufacturing defect is found).
