Shrimp Gyoza ( A Chef Poyan Danesh recipe)
Ingredients:
| 6 | each | Ocean Mama Shrimp Gyoza |
| 2 | tbsp | Vegetable oil |
| 5 | tbsp | water |
| 8 | tbsp | Sweet Chili sauce (or your favorite sauce) |

Add 2 tablespoons of oil in a preheated tin lined copper pan on medium high heat.
Place frozen Ocean Mama Shrimp Gyoza flat side down in copper pan and sear for 30 seconds.
Add 5 tablespoons of water to pan.
Turn heat to medium and cover. Steam Shrimp Gyoza until water has evaporated and shrimp Gyoza is heated throughout, about 6 minutes.
After water has evaporated, leave Gyoza in pan allowing the bottom to become brown and crispy, about 2 minutes.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
