The 20cm, 2.5mm thick Frying Pan is made of solid ONE mm extra fine polished copper on the outside and has a pure aluminum core with 18/10 polished stainless steel on the inside. Treated properly this pot will last you a lifetime . Stainless steel lid included.
The Fryng Pan holds 1.5 quarts volume.
