• Made in France: The Pierre Vergnes workshop was established in 1950 in Durfort, in the Tarn department of France, creating professional quality copperware, retaining the traditional manufacturing methods that have made the Durfort region famous for its copperware  
• High performance: Unlike other copper cookware on the market, ours is created using a 2.5mm thick layer of copper and tin offering better rapid, uniform and controlled heat conductivity and heat distribution, maximizing the copper’s natural ability to transfer and distribute heat.
• Copper: 2mm thick exterior offers superior control of heat to evenly conduct faster than other metals.  
• Tin interior: Better than stainless steel, this cookware has a 0.5mm thickness creating a 100% even heat distribution throughout the entire surface with zero hot spots 
• Handles: Riveted custom handles offer a very comfortable cool grip and good balance
• Versatility: Used on gas, electric, halogen cooktops and in the oven 
• Care: Do not use high heat for a long period of time. Do not leave empty pan on a heated burner for an extended period of time. Do not use in dishwasher. Do not use metal utensils on the non-stick cooking surface. The use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, bleach and/or oven cleaners is not recommended and can scratch or damage your cookware
