The 26cm, 2.5mm thick Saute`/Casserole Pan is made of solid ONE mm extra fine polished copper on the outside and has a pure aluminum core with 18/10 polished stainless steel on the inside. Treated properly this pot will last you a lifetime.
Stainless steel lid included.
The Pan holds 3.25 quarts volume.
