At the FRENCH COPPER STUDIO we are committed to customer service and satisfaction. Some of our many special services are listed below. If you have any questions, or are interested in a particular service not listed below, please feel free to contact us.
Special Orders
If you don’t see what you want let us find it for you or give us your design specifications and we’ll have our master coppersmiths make something special just for you (please allow 10 to 12 weeks for special orders). No order is too big, as you can see with this hand-crafted copper basin!
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of copper to someone special or let them pick their own with a FRENCH COPPER STUDIO gift certificate. (future feature)
Gift Wrapping and Delivery
Talk to us about wrapping your copper gift before it is shipped for the small additional fee of $8.00 (lovely all-occasion paper; all price tags removed before wrapping). If your gift is too large to wrap, unlabelled boxes can be arranged by special request. If you want to send a copper gift to someone special in another town, city, state, province, or country - just let us know the exact shipping address and we’ll take care of the rest.
Re-Tining Service
If in the future you wish to have your copper pots or pans re-tined, contact our office and we will make arrangements with our expert tinsmiths. If it falls within your warranty, this service will be complementary. If outside of the warranty, we will provide a quotation for the cost of the re-lining that includes the charges for return shipping.
