These pans are the most popular pots in the kitchen and will be the foundation of your hand crafted lined 2.5mm copper cookware collection. The traditional cast iron handles offer balance and heat resistance, and are securely fastened with three - 3mm copper rivets for the best reduction of heat transfer to the handle from the pan. These pans can be used for searing because of the non-stick surface of our lining.
